Senior Digital and Data Officer, Engagement and Communication Services

About the role:

The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Senior Digital and Data Officer to lead the management and enhancement of the organisation's digital and data systems. Working across the organisation, they will oversee management of ICT services (via Cenitex), develop new digital infrastructure, and build and manage databases that support decision making and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager, Engagement and Communications, the Senior Digital and Data Officer will ensure the organisation's ICT systems, CRM, platforms, and databases are stable, secure, and fit for purpose. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage system performance, lead digital improvement initiatives, and support the integration of new technologies and platforms that strengthen the Centre's capability to share knowledge, innovate and collaborate effectively. They will provide data-driven insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support evidence-informed decision-making.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications or Design (Highly Desirable).
• Professional qualifications and experience with contemporary ICT project management methodology (Desirable).
• Demonstrated experience working with people that have a past or current lived experience of mental ill-health or psychological distress is preferable.
