As a full-time Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. With a focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and creativity.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes from our seasonal menu
  • Ensure consistent food presentation and portion control
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer requests
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

What we're looking for

  • Formal culinary training or equivalent experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in various cooking techniques and ability to prepare a wide range of cuisines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creating innovative menu items
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
