We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Full-Time Chef to join our dynamic culinary team across our two premier venues – SOPO and Diggers & Sports Club. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love creating quality dishes, and work well as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality, consistent meals in line with our menus and seasonal specials.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in line with legislative and company requirements.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage.
  • Contribute to menu development and new food offerings.
  • Support a positive, team-focused kitchen culture.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a fast-paced environment (Club, Hotel, or Restaurant background preferred).
  • Relevant trade qualifications (Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
  • A passion for food and delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Understanding of WHS and food safety practices.
