Temporary Full-time up to 1st October 2026

Base Salary ($112,834 - $121,512) plus employer's contribution to super and annual leave loading

About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the TAFE NSW Events team, within the Corporate Services Group. The Events Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end project management and execution of all major events, and key to the achievement of enrolment targets, brand awareness and the overall TAFE NSW business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you have a passion and a flair for events and have either, qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in an events role or similar.

Ideally you will have demonstrated experience of event marketing including event planning and ideation, campaign development, branding and budget control. You have also coordinated both metropolitan and regional events.

You are a confident communicator, liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders in order to achieve the best results for the team. You have strong copy writing, presentation development and verbal presentation skills. Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of EventsAir and EventsOnair is highly regarded
