Australia Calibre Workforce Full time

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Casual Aged Care or Child Care Chef within our business. In this temporary role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the elderly and young by preparing fresh, nourishing meals that cater to their unique dietary needs.

With your expertise in aged care, child care and commercial cookery, you will be the driving force behind the culinary excellence that defines our business.

Requirements:

- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and needs of residents and children
- Ensure meals are served on time and presented to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety standards
- Liaise with clinical, care and educational staff to accommodate individual dietary needs
- Supervise kitchen assistants or junior staff (if applicable)

Qualifications & Compliance

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Food Safety Certificate
- Experience working in aged care, healthcare, or institutional kitchens preferred
- Clear National Crime Check, renewed every 12 months
- Working with Childrens Check (Childcare roles)
