This respected architecture and design studio is known for delivering meaningful, people-focused projects across the retail, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. Thanks to a steady increase of mixed-use development projects, they are seeking a Senior Project Leader or Senior Architect to oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for managing a team, building trusted relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring design integrity and delivery excellence. This is a great opportunity for a senior professional to take the lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale mixed-use, retail & commercial projects
  • Manage multiple project teams, consultants, and client relationships simultaneously
  • Lead project design, documentation, and construction phases in Revit
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes across program, budget, compliance, and design
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio leadership

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience, with proven leadership in mixed-use and commercial projects
  • Advanced Revit skills with strong documentation and technical knowledge
  • Strong client-facing and consultant coordination experience
  • Ability to lead teams across all stages of project delivery
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
