  • We're seeking a full-time senior events producer who's a bit of a gun
  • Must have events agency experience, particularly with creative corporate conferencing and brand experience delivery in the mix

THE ROLE


Collingwood location (flexible work model ~2 days/wk in our co-working office)

Preferably Melbourne-based


Full-time (though we're open to 4days/wk if that suits you better)

k + super per annum, dependent on experience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Advanced skills in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience delivering a wide variety of event formats – particularly corporate conferencing and virtual events, brand, and event experiences, with content production skills highly valued too
  • Demonstrated results in building effective and respectful client and supplier relationships
  • Confidence in estimating costs and managing detailed budgets to deliver profitable projects
  • Comfort in developing timelines and using project management tools to deliver projects calmly and on schedule
  • About 10 years of experience in this industry, ideally a chunk of it 'agency side'
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and have a few projects on the go at once
  • A desire to find solutions that are both creative and practical
