The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery across water and wastewater infrastructure. You'll manage stakeholders, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This role offers autonomy, influence, and long-term career development within a respected market leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects from tender to commissioning.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
  • Drive HSE compliance and mitigate project risks.
  • Mentor and guide junior project engineers.

About You

  • 10+ years' experience managing projects in water, wastewater, or civil infrastructure.
  • Strong commercial and contract administration expertise (AS, NEC contracts).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven leader able to deliver results under pressure.
