We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent and ongoing role based in the Melbourne CBD.

Role Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery including design, planning and coordination through to construction and completion. Working closely with our Clients and key stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager provides technical and operational oversight to ensure the project delivers on the brief, and according to agreed standards and timeframes. This role is also responsible for the supervision and management of projects across all suppliers and commercial partners as well as ensuring that all contractual, QA and legislative obligations are fulfilled. 

The Candidate

The successful candidate will come with a minimum of 10 years' project management experience in residential, civil and/or commercial projects. In addition to this, the successful candidate be driven and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and desire to get the job done. A proven track record in successful project management is essential, along with the ability work collaboratively with others. Exceptional communication and relationship skills are also critical success factors in this role along with excellent negotiation skills.
