Overview

Senior Project Manager - Land Development role based in the Melbourne CBD. This permanent and ongoing position is with Marshal, a leader in greenfield land development, specialising in civil engineering, planning, surveying and project management across metropolitan Melbourne.

Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery including design, planning and coordination through to construction and completion. Working closely with clients and key stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager provides technical and operational oversight to ensure the project delivers on the brief, and according to agreed standards and timeframes. This role is also responsible for supervision and management of projects across all suppliers and commercial partners as well as ensuring that all contractual, QA and legislative obligations are fulfilled.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery from design through to construction and completion.
  • Provide technical and operational oversight to meet the project brief, standards and timeframes.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years' project management experience in residential, civil and/or commercial projects.
  • Background and/or detailed understanding in engineering design is highly regarded.
  • Driven and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and desire to get the job done.
  • Proven track record in successful project management in land development or civil engineering.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others; exceptional communication and relationship skills; excellent negotiation skills.
