Key Responsibilities in the Community Team
- Provide a warm welcome to members and guests at the front desk, fostering a positive first impression.
- Conduct sales tours for potential members, showcasing the value of our community.
- Lead building inductions for new members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage contract administration, company onboarding, and maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records.
- Drive high building occupancy and member retention through exceptional service and engagement.
- Oversee building operations, promptly reporting and resolving maintenance issues.
- Manage the building expense budget effectively.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service offerings.
- Conduct regular building checks to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain stock and inventory levels, ordering consumables as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their businesses and identifying opportunities for The Commons to support their growth.
- Plan and execute community initiatives and events to foster connections among members.
- Ensure the highest standards of building presentation to enhance the member experience.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Proven ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
