About the role

  • Hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available
  • 0.6FTE – 1.0FTE (flexible work arrangements available)
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
  • $90,999 – $93, % super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave

Working within the Marketing and Communications Directorate, the Advisor, Communications and Engagement plays a key role in planning and delivering external communications and engagement activities that support organisational objectives and communicate Our Watch's leadership to stakeholders and the public. This role provides expert strategic external communications advice to evolve Our Watch communications on a wide variety of projects to support cross-organisational teams and deliver impact driven communications.

About you

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple communication projects with competing deadlines. You will bring creativity to the role and be able to work independently. You will have proven experience in planning and implementing external communications projects and activities, and well-developed relationship management skills.
