We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our dental practice. This full-time role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Liaise with dental professionals and external vendors to resolve issues and coordinate

services.

 Plan, review, and improve office services by setting clear priorities and service

standards

 Develop and maintain high standards for office services through effective planning

and priority setting

 Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the dental practice

 Allocate resources and assign tasks while monitoring staff performance

 Manage patient records, accounts, and practice documentation

 Maintain compliance with workplace health & safety and government regulations

 Perform HR functions including hiring, training, payroll, and performance

management

 Implement and maintain office policies to improve efficiency

 Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships

What We're Looking For

 1+ years' experience in dental front office or similar administrative role

 Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

 Proficiency in dental practice management software

 Knowledge of dental industry regulations and procedures

 Ability to collaborate effectively with the dental team

 Commitment to delivering outstanding patient service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
