We're seeking a results-driven and digitally-sound eCommerce Manager to lead the online branch of our business and drive future growth. Based at our Port Melbourne Head Office, you will oversee all aspects of the Mossman website and online customer journey — from technical performance and user experience to data analysis and commercial strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of , ensuring optimal functionality, a seamless user experience and identifying any issues.
  • Lead and mentor the eCommerce team to drive online performance and personal development.
  • Develop and execute the digital strategy covering sales, marketing, SEO and
    UX
    .
  • Manage the trade and promotional calendar of all campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Lead and manage our Mossman Insider loyalty program, driving customer engagement, retention and program growth through targeted initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Drive key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, UPT, session time, and user engagement.
  • Take ownership for sales, profit and conversion rates and identify consumer behaviour to increase overall performance.
  • Analyse data using Google Analytics and internal systems to drive insight-led decisions.
  • Manage and collaborate with external web and marketing agencies on enhancements and upgrades.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights during weekly trade meetings and seasonal/annual reviews.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an eCommerce management role (fashion experience ideal but not required).
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp ability to interpret data, monitor performance and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Deep understanding and experience of SEO best practices to improve search visibility, CRO techniques to increase conversion rates and digital merchandising strategies to optimise presentation.
  • Previous experience and confidence using tools such as Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Tag Manager and Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to multitask, strong communication skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus is a bonus.
