If you're excited by fun products, bold ideas, and being part of a team that doesn't take itself too seriously (but gets serious results), we'd love to have you on the journey.The eCommerce Manager supports The Oodie by leading the eCommerce team to produce a world class online experience for customers that directly leads to profitable outcomes.Key Responsibilities of the roleLead digital marketing (eCommerce) initiatives that personalise and optimise the customer journey to increase engagement and salesCreate and set the on-site marketing strategies for all major campaign launches to maximise conversionSet OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) that align cross-functional teams with eCommerce sales targetsIdentify emerging trends and track consumer behaviour including online shopping trends to inform marketing strategies and promotional initiativesConduct ongoing competitive benchmarketing (site UX, offers, tech stack) to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effectiveReview new technologies and identify opportunities to improve eCommerce experience (Shopify updates, privacy changes, performance UX)Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to define content strategy and storytelling themes, ensuring campaign assets are effectively presented on the website.Liaise with Merch Planning, Product & Marketing to ensure marketing calendar and new product timelines are met and launches are optimized (merchandising, bundling, functionality)Oversee and prioritise all incoming eCommerce feature requests to ensure marketing priorities are delivered effectivelyOversee the eCommerce platform supports marketing campaigns and provides a reliable, seamless experience for customersManage all digital datafeeds to optimise product marketingOversee and manage the Oodie App strategy with the CRM ManagerEnsure new products and content are uploaded to the site in a correct and timely manner to align with marketing objectivesManage daily execution of digital marketing activities across global Oodie websitesManage external developer resources and internal eCommerce Coordinator & CRO expert including themes, discounts, products, analytics, order issues, etc.Oversee technical decisions that impact the Oodie website and customer experienceResponsible for identifying and resolving any web errors raised by our CS team that are impacting a customers experience during and outside of work hours including weekendsEnsuring eCommerce/marketing website activities comply with consumer, privacy, and advertising regulationsEnsuring website remains operational for successful delivery of campaignsDriving sales performance by optimizing digital marketing campaigns and website content to increase conversionSupport marketing performance tracking by monitoring key sales and engagement indicatorsWe are looking for someone whoHas several years in eCommerce, digital marketing or online retail operationsIs familiar with platforms like Shopify or MagentoHas experience optimizing product pages, checkout flows, and implementing A/B testingIs proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, attribution models, and understanding customer metrics (AOV, LTV, CAC)Has knowledge of product catalogue management, pricing strategies, and promotionsIs skilled in managing stakeholders at all levels, with clear and proactive communicationHas awareness of eCommerce trends, consumer behaviour, mobile-first UXGlobal Market experience with websites outside of Australia and New Zealand and a good understanding of USA and UK marketsWorking at The Oodie looks likeDavies Dreamball giving our teams the chance to win $ on milestone eventsDiscount on everyone's favourite product, ensuring you stay cosyGreat office environmentWe invest in our team members in learning & development through the yearWe live and breathe our values of Owning our Business, Giving a sh*t, Doing Cool Things That Make our Customers Happy, Opening the door for Others, and Saying how it is, respectfullyOur peak period is from October through to Christmas, so this is a blackout for leave for this roleWe work as one close knit teamSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: RetailWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
