We are a friendly company providing quality bookkeeping and accounting services to a range of small and medium-sized businesses.

This role will primarily take responsibility for the bookkeeping and general administrative duties for a variety of clients with a particular emphasis on accuracy and quality of work in an efficient time frame.

Responsibilities

-Accounts Payable

-Accounts Receivable

-Bank and credit card reconciliation

-Payroll including Superannuation and PAYG

-Preparation of statutory returns including GST / FBT

-General related administration duties

-Preparing reports for external accountants

To be successful in this role you will possess:

-Experience in Accounting software & Microsoft Office

-High level of attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

-Results orientated and pro-active attitude

-Ability to meet deadlines, well organised

-Self-motivated

-Excellent time management skills
