Property Finance Administrator

Dynamic and fast paced retail environment - Work across these key brands - Bonds, Champion, Sheridan and Bras n Things - Flexible, hybrid working from home and office environment Due to centralising our property accounting across Bonds Group, Champion Group, Sheridan Group and Bras N Things we are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join or team as a Property Finance Administrator, reporting into the Finance Property Manager, based in our head office at Kew. This role is responsible for property accounts payable & administration, as well as financial reporting support for Hanes Australasia's property and lease assets which covers our expansive retail store network. What will I be doing? - Support the lease payment process end to end including: - Processing monthly rent and other property-related charges with accuracy and in required timeframes - Maintenance of lease schedules and monthly reconciliation of landlord statements - Liasing with landlords and property-related suppliers to resolve matters - Assisting to streamline processes so that lease payment processes are aligned across operating units - Contributing to better data management and analytics to assist stakeholders with leasing related matters.
