What You'll Do:

  • Lead from the front with autonomy, initiative, and creativity.
  • Bring your own spark to nature-based, play-driven learning.
  • Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and our unique philosophy.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and fellow educators.
  • Embrace professional growth with regular feedback, mentoring, and training.
  • Contribute to a team culture that values reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Be responsive to each child's needs and interests, with a strong focus on inclusion and positive guidance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bold and capable educator with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Someone who's not afraid to try new things or step into leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of the NQF and early childhood theorists.
  • A commitment to high-quality practice and lifelong learning.
  • Full-time availability on a rotating roster and flexible in age groups.
  • Appropriate qualifications, First Aid, CPR, and WWCC.
