Responsibilities
✓ Provide one on one training and mentorship to new team members via phone and Zoom, guiding their growth in the role
✓ Utilise strategic marketing initiatives (training provided)
✓ Conduct interviews & identify qualified candidates suited to our products & structure
✓ Participate in 3 weekly virtual team meetings and training
✓ Implement proven steps to success and leverage business systems via training and compliance
✓ Be teachable and open to life-long learning
