Lead Educator - Pre Kindy - Join the Team at Flagstone Early Learning

Flagstone Early Learning is a privately owned, purpose-built centre located in the heart of the growing Flagstone community. Since opening in June 2023, our mission has been to provide high-quality care and education in a warm, welcoming environment where children can thrive.

We're now looking for a Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our passionate team in a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week across our centre's operating hours (6:30am to 6:30pm). If you are an experienced educator who thrives in a collaborative and inspiring space, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator for the Pre Kindy age group, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of engaging educational programs
  • Support children's development through play-based learning
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and team members
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment

    Experience with children aged 3-4 years will be highly regarded.

What You'll Need

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) – required
  • Previous experience in a Lead Educator role
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Completed child protection training
