Join Our Team as an Education Counsellor in Brisbane.

Are you a results-driven Education Counsellor looking for a new opportunity? PFEC Global, a leading education and migration consultancy since 2006, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our expanding team in Brisbane.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role who is passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have valid work authorization and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Sales: Convert client inquiries into sales by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, conducting regular follow-ups, and proactively identifying and overcoming sales barriers.
  • Expert Guidance: Stay current on university courses, entry requirements, and scholarships to provide accurate and insightful advice. You'll advocate for clients and ensure they have a smooth application process from start to finish.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our CRM system, complete administrative tasks efficiently, and provide valuable marketing insights to the team. You'll also work closely with your team leader to manage leads effectively and minimize lost applications.
