Hinterland Toyota is seeking a experienced and qualified Automotive Technician to join our esteemed Service Team on the Gold coast..

Reporting to the Service Manager, the role involves you being a leader in driving high quality vehicle servicing and maintenance including but not limited to

  • Accurately identifying and reporting on service, repair, and warranty work

  • Trouble shoot and conduct Diagnostics across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

  • Carry out minor and major services to manufacturer and dealership specifications.

  • Maintain a safe working environment ensuring the correct operation of tools and specialised equipment and practice of all 5S principles

  • Contribute to the positive team culture and overall guest experience

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1- 3 Years' experience working in a large busy workshop or dealership environment
  • Previous Toyota experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and collectively as part of a large team
  • Knowledge and mechanical experience to service, repair, diagnose across a wide range of makes and models
  • Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Full Australian Trade Motor Mechanic Qualifications
  • A Current Manual Driver's Licence
