Assistant to Sales Manager

Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia M1 Realty Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to help us connect with local property owners and buyers. You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our real estate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact homeowners, buyers, and investors via phone, email, and social media
  • Manage online enquiries and qualify potential clients
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate client details
  • Assist in marketing campaigns to attract property leads
  • Book appointments for sales consultants

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills (phone & written)
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred, not essential)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated by goals
