EWS Group is an Australian-owned and operated Concrete Resource Recovery and Transport company. We specialise in the collection, recycling, and transport of concrete waste and aggregates, operating an integrated fleet of Truck & Dog tippers and Skip Bin vehicles servicing major construction, infrastructure, and concrete supply clients across NSW and QLD.
We're looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Allocator / Customer Service Agent to join our high-performing team at either our Glenfield or Hurstville office. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and learning how to manage daily fleet operations in a fast-paced, team environment.
About the Role
You'll assist in scheduling truck movements, coordinating skip bin services, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. Working closely with the operations and logistics teams, you'll gain valuable experience across dispatch, customer service, and administration.
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus rotating Saturday roster shared across the team
Location: Glenfield or Hurstville (on-site parking available)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the allocator with daily scheduling and coordination of Truck & Dog and Skip Bin fleets
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Communicate delivery times, updates, and service changes with customers and drivers
- Use Bin Manager (training provided) for daily job scheduling and administration
- Assist with bin stock control, site coordination, and order tracking
- Liaise with production and transport teams to optimise service and turnaround times
- Help manage and resolve customer enquiries or service issues
- Ensure all work complies with driver fatigue, safety, and company policies
About You
- 1–2 years' experience in transport, logistics, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy with strong attention to detail (training provided)
- Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of heavy vehicle operations or the construction materials industry an advantage
