Netstar is a leading GPS telematics and asset tracking company that designs, manufactures, and sells GPS tracking products and Software as a Service to a range of market segments. To support our vision and expanding footprint, we are looking for a Scheduler to join our growing team based in our Macquarie Park office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administration activities - scheduling, managing client calls and sales administration.
  • Planning and liaising with customers appropriate times for installation and service
  • Triaging of inbound service and support requests from customers
  • Allocation of new installation and field-service work to technicians and subcontractors, as required.
  • Service administration of completed worksheets and invoicing.
  • Ensuring technicians are prepared with relevant documentation and information prior to arrival on site.
  • Supporting management in monitoring the movement of inventory and stock levels of both technicians and subcontractors.
  • Creation and maintenance of information within the CRM

Experience

  • Administration & support experience or sales administration essential
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills or retail experience essential
  • Previous experience in a Scheduling role, however strong admin and customer service experience will also be considered
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
