We're seeking a
Web Content Administrator
with experience using
Squiz Matrix CMS
to support a major
website refresh project
for a government organisation. You will be responsible for building and populating web pages within
Squiz Matrix
, following pre-defined templates and content structures. Working closely with a supportive internal team, you'll ensure all content meets accessibility, editorial, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and populate web pages using Squiz Matrix templates.
  • Upload and format text, images, and documents.
  • Apply metadata, tags, and internal links in line with guidelines.
  • Maintain accessibility and content consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
  • Identify and report content gaps or issues.

About You

  • Proven experience with
    Squiz Matrix CMS
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with structured content and WYSIWYG editors.
  • Basic understanding of metadata and accessibility standards.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently to deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience in government or large-scale website environments.
  • Familiarity with Funnelback or similar search platforms.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
