Tutt Bryant Hire is the organisation's General Equipment Hire division. With a comprehensive range of equipment for hire from 19 geographically diverse locations, Tutt Bryant Hire services customers in the construction, mining, engineering and trade sectors across Australia.
Tutt Bryant Hire is seeking to appoint a professional Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our Coffs Harbour team, reporting to the Branch Manager.
Role
In this role you will be required to develop new clients, as well as maximize sales opportunities with already established clients, you will interpret customer needs and identify suitable products to satisfy clients requirements. As a professional Sales Representative, you will work to further develop business relationships in the Coffs Harbour region, always provide industry leading service to our clients and a high level of customer satisfaction, working closely with the Branch Managers & Regional Manager.
The Skills you will require are the ability to cold call, developing new relationships, as well as maintaining strong relationships with an established client base, however you will need to be able to understand and grow the business in all market segments including Sole traders, Local & State Government bodies to National companies.
To be considered for this dynamic role you must have the following skills and experience.
- A Passion to provide the best possible service levels to your clients,
- Proven sales background (industrial/construction/civil, desirable)
- The ability to develop new business relationships in a competitive and complex marketplace.
- Be a team player and have a consistent desire to contribute at a high level.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge & understanding of plant and equipment.
- Excellent communicator, personable and well presented.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Current unrestricted motor vehicle licence.
- Moderate computer skills.
