Accounts Officer / All-Rounder

Senior Manager / Operations Manager

Coffs Harbour, NSW

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Support payroll processing and compliance reporting.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
  • Provide customer and supplier support, handling queries professionally.
  • Assist management with reporting, compliance, and documentation.
  • Contribute to general office duties and provide support to operations as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in accounts or administration (logistics/transport experience preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist across departments.
