**Your Role**
As a member of a centralised HR team, the HR Administrator is primarily responsible for the support and delivery of administration for the People team, and provision of first line HR advice to employees and managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering the appointment and recruitment process by providing assistance and information to managers, employees and applicants
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle, and correspondence that relates to this process (advertising, offers of appointment, staff transfers)
- Maintenance of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with policies and procedures
- Provide assistance to the HR Manager on IR/ER matters as required

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Administrator/Advisor role
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of and experience with Industrial Awards/Agreements and HR legislation
- Advanced computer skills
- Well-developed time management skills, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date vaccinations against Influenza and Covid-19 are highly recommended
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Experience in dealing with ER/IR issues is desirable
