Experienced Workshop Manager required to oversee the highly valued workshop teams on various projects across Western Australia. This position is:

  • FIFO from any Capital City within Australia
  • Permanent – Full Time
  • 8:6 Shift Roster (Dayshift only)
  • $5 Site Bonus paid per hour worked

What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?

  • HD Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
  • Valid and Current Drivers Licence (HR or higher desirable)

Demonstrated experience with:

  • Cat Loaders
  • 40-45 Ton Cat Excavators
  • Kenworth/MACK Prime Movers
  • Side Tippers
  • QSK19 Engines
  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams of tradesmen and apprentices
  • High Risk Licence - LF, DG, RB/RI/RA (Desirable)
  • A/C Ticket (Desirable)
  • Working at Heights Ticket (Desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience with CMMS - Pronto preferred
  • Exceptional time management, people skills and a willingness to build a cohesive team
