Are you an experienced Workshop Admin looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our client is a leading infrastructure and construction company they have been in the industry for 90 years. The company has a significant presence in both New Zealand and Australia. **This role is a local position based at our client's workshop in Hazelmere. It is offered on a casual contract, three days per week (with flexible days), and there is potential for permanency in the future.
Main Duties:**
- Provide general administrative support to the Workshop Team
- Scanning and data entry
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Entering meter readings into spreadsheets each week
- Following up on overdue meter readings
- Raising purchase orders with accurate and complete details
- Updating purchase orders as needed
- Following up on outstanding orders
- Supporting workshop job management
- Assisting with opening and closing jobs within KPI timeframes
- Ensuring proper record keeping and documentation
- Carrying out other duties as requested by the supervisor
