CAMILLA is on the hunt for a dynamic, solutions-focused
IT Manager
to lead our IT Tribe and support our continued global growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep technical expertise, and is passionate about enabling business success through smart, scalable systems and infrastructure.

You will be the guardian of our IT landscape – from infrastructure and integrations to business-critical systems – ensuring our Tribe operates efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime. Reporting into our Head of IT, you will manage a talented IT team and partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver projects that drive efficiency and innovation.

What you'll be doing as our IT Manager:

• Own, document, and maintain CAMILLA's technology landscape (on-prem & cloud servers, security, backup, recovery)
• Identify upgrade cycles, mitigate risks, and keep systems running at peak performance
• Develop IT policies, best practices, and documentation for business-wide use
• Work with external partners to assess, test, and implement changes
• Contribute to the business strategic plan with recommendations for new tools and technologies
• Define technical requirements, develop project plans, and manage IT deliverables on-time and on-budget
• Lead UAT support and Go Live sign-offs, ensuring smooth rollouts
• Manage vendors, risks, and issues with clear communication
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of IT Help Desk Support Analysts
• Ensure clear accountabilities, performance goals, and career development plans
• Report regularly to the Executive Tribe with IT dashboards and progress updates
• Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation

What makes you perfect for this role:

• 5+ years of IT management experience, ideally in retail or a fast-paced, multi-system environment
• Strong ERP management experience (NetSuite highly regarded) and hands-on experience with POS systems (Lightspeed ideal)
• Deep understanding of system integrations, APIs, and SaaS/PaaS models
• Skilled in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with a sense of urgency
• People leadership skills – you know how to inspire, develop, and get the best out of your team
• Knowledge of WMS systems and prior exposure to Shopify, JOOR, Emarsys, Centric, Movilizer, or Zeus would be a bonus
