Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist based in Sydney, NSW. The role involves generating leads, managing client accounts, and facilitating IT sales. The specialist will actively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide suitable IT solutions, and ensure continuous customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • IT Sales and Information Technology skills
  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the retail, B2B wholesale, or hospitality industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
