Technology Risk Manager

IT/Cyber/Data Risk Manager

Full Time

KPP Search partnering with a ASX group that has an ethos of putting customers first. They are in the process of growing their capabilities within technology and are currently seeking a technical IT/Cyber and Data Risk candidate to oversee the risk management capabilities in these fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide line 1 oversight to the risk management practices within IT, Security and Data Risk
  • Challenge business and 3rd parties to ensure best risk management practices and to improve overall strategy
  • Perform technology risk assessments
  • Providing guidance and insights into Technology Risk, Data Risk and emerging technology/cyber security risks
  • Take ownership of policy catalogue and frameworks for IT/Security risk

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 Years IT experience - Ideally with 2+ years within IT/Cyber risk/audit
  • Technical background - solid understanding of IT Security and IT Infrastructure
  • Exposure in Cloud security highly desirable
  • Ability to work well with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties
