What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading daily front-of-house operations with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
- Training a passionate restaurant team to deliver standout service
- Creating a positive, performance-driven culture that values consistency and care
- Driving pre-service briefings, ongoing staff development, and service refinements
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and events team to ensure seamless execution
- Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and contributing to the leadership team's success
