What your day-to-day will look like
You'll play a key role in making sure our service runs smoothly and our team is thriving.
You'll support the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering standout service, leading your team from the floor, and making smart decisions in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating rosters that work for both the business and your team
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing front-of-house crew
- Training staff and making sure everyone is confident, capable, and guest-focused
- Working with the Manager to keep an eye on KPIs — from labour to customer satisfaction — and helping the team hit targets
- Overseeing smooth daily operations and ensuring all policies and health standards are followed
- Jumping in to handle guest concerns and turning tricky moments into great experiences
- Collaborating with kitchen and management teams to keep everything running like clockwork
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy, high-end restaurant
- A confident team leader with great communication and people skills
- Someone who understands the ins and outs of rosters, budgets, and labour targets
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure
- Passion for service, team development, and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed
