Currently looking to engage a Demand Manager for one of our largest clients in WA for an initial 3 month contract. The client is seeking assistance to implement a robust yet fit for purpose Demand Management capability, as well as establishing Business Analysis depth that bridges both demand management and project delivery providing continuity from triage of an idea through to delivery.

Our client is a diverse organisation with Assets that span variable industries, some of which they support. This variability results in demand for technology solutions that are unique by industry/sector and require significant evaluation and triage prior to approval to proceed to project and implementation. Currently there is no defined process for managing demand and the client is unable to coordinate and manage the volume of requests in a meaningful manner. There is no prioritisation process, optimisation approach between Assets, or alignment to key business outcomes.

Working at NTT

  • Establish governance and workflows for demand management.
  • Define intake, classification, evaluation, and escalation processes.
  • Implement capability in ServiceNow for tracking and reporting.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across supported client Assets.
  • Train the technology and business teams on the new process.
