Who are we looking for?We're working on an exciting assignment with a top tier mining Company for a commercial lawyer to join us, and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment based in Perth.

This assignment will see you advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance through to joint venture work. This opportunity offers a full-time assignment and initially runs for 9 months with possible extension.

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 5-10 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
• Be experienced in commercial and corporate law.
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
• Have previous experience providing legal advice in mining industry or similar.
