Who are we looking for?

We're working on exciting assignments with a top tier mining Companies for Legal and Senior Legal Counsel to join us, and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment based in Perth.

These assignments will see you advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance through to joint venture work. These opportunities offer a full-time, part time and contract assignments and can run from 3 or 6 months initially with possible extension.

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 5-12 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
• Be experienced in commercial and corporate law.
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
• Have previous experience providing legal advice in mining industry or similar.
