The MSL will serve as the scientific and clinical bridge between TeleDocs Consulting, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and pharmacy partners nationwide. The role is responsible for providing high-quality medical and product education supporting evidence-based prescribing, and ensuring appropriate use of products within therapeutic guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific & Clinical Education

- Deliver product education to practitioners and pharmacies.

- Present practitioner information at workshops and events

- Assist pharmacists to register and use the B2B ordering portal

Stakeholder Engagement

- Build relationships with HCPs and pharmacies

- Act as the primary resource for product-related queries

- Support clinicians in integrating new treatments into prescribing software

Medical Affairs & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory standards

- Document and track all interactions

- Provide field feedback to leadership

Cross-Functional Support

- Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and distribution teams

- Assist in practitioner and pharmacy resource development

Qualifications & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Science, or related field (desirable)

- 2-3 years' experience in MSL, medical affairs, clinical educator role or similar

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/nutraceutical lifecycles

- Experience in alternative healthcare, women's health, men's health, gut health or novel therapeutics (advantageous)

- Ability to engage and educate healthcare professionals

- Understanding of TGA regulations and unapproved medicine pathways

TeleDocs Consulting is creating a pool of experienced MSL's to work in their own geographical location and collectively build networks nationwide. MSL's will work strategically together to grow the capabilities of the business to increase service offerings to clients.

TeleDocs Consulting will offer short-term and long-term contracts to the MSL based on their availability, knowledge and experience to match the contract requirements.

TeleDocs Clinic & Consulting provides a portfolio of services to clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The MSL team form a key part of the collaboration between proven digital health solutions and TeleDocs Clinic services to provide a strategic approach to deliver contract outcomes.
