Your new role
- Lead communications and coordination for high-level visits, including CEO travel and international delegations
- Manage strategic events and partnerships that support global engagement objectives
- Oversee project planning and delivery across multiple international initiatives
- Collaborate with international offices located across various countries to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
- Support cross-border engagement strategies, fostering relationships with global stakeholders
- Provide high-level advice and support on communications, logistics, and stakeholder management for government-led projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and project delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics across multiple locations and time zones
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and adapt to diverse cultural contexts
- High-level organisational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- A proactive and flexible approach to managing priorities and navigating change
