Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that positively impacts people's lives while developing your social media expertise in the personal development industry. You'll be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of an established coaching practice, helping to spread valuable relationship insights and connect potential clients with transformative services. Working just 10 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to balance this role with other commitments while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing for service-based businesses. This role offers the unique satisfaction of knowing your work directly contributes to helping people build better relationships and improve their lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across major platforms with consistent, engaging content
- Create and curate compelling social media content that resonates with individuals seeking relationship guidance
- Monitor social media channels and respond to interactions in a timely, professional manner that reflects the brand's caring approach
- Support the implementation of social media strategies designed to build authority and attract ideal clients
- Maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice across all platforms that aligns with the coaching practice's values and mission
- Schedule content strategically to maximize engagement and reach within the target audience
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven social media management experience with demonstrated results
- Experience working with service-based businesses, coaching practices, or personal development brands strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms including best practices for engagement and growth
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to create compelling, empathetic content
- Strong ability to work independently while following established brand guidelines and strategies
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Understanding of UK market dynamics and ability to work within UK business hours
- Genuine interest in personal development and relationship coaching industry preferred
