Social Media Coordinator – Skin Control & Four Seasons Condoms

We're on the lookout for a creative, organised, and socially savvy
Social Media Coordinator
to help grow two iconic Australian brands,
Skin Control
(Australia's #1 Selling Acne Care Brand) &
Four Seasons Condoms
(The Australian Intimate Wellness Company).

This role is for someone who's fluent in social media and digital culture, knows their way around a viral trend, is TikTok obsessed and can connect with our audience in an authentic way. You'll help shape how our brands show up online in two varying categories; from skincare routines and sex-positive education, to influencer collabs and cheeky campaigns.

Reporting to the
Marketing & Comms Manager
, you'll create and schedule content, manage community engagement, and bring fresh ideas that drive growth, conversation, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn for both brands — aligned with our tone, strategy, and goals.
  • Write captions, blog posts, EDMs and social copy that are punchy, on-brand, and engaging.
  • Support influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and social campaigns — from ideation through to execution.
  • Monitor daily engagement: reply to comments and DMs, engage with followers, and identify insights from our community.
  • Stay ahead of trends, memes, and new platform features — especially on TikTok and Meta.
  • Assist with performance tracking, reporting, and community growth metrics across both brands.

Skills & Experience

  • Passion for social media, digital storytelling and connecting with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways.
  • Strong content creation skills (static and video)
  • Strong writing skills and a knack for matching tone from playful and cheeky (Four Seasons) to informative and empowering (Skin Control).
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects across two brands.

$70,000 pro-rata
