The Content Works is a fashion, beauty & lifestyle social media and creative agency based in Darlinghurst, NSW. We specialise in creative direction, end-to-end production, and social media management. We create strategy-led campaigns, produce content and manage social media for some of Australia's leading and emerging brands.

Role Description

We're looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive Social Media Marketing & Office Assistant to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role that blends social media support with day-to-day office coordination - perfect for someone who loves both creativity and organisation. This is an on-site position located in Darlinghurst, NSW.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with social media scheduling, community management and engagement
  • Supporting content shoots, from preparation to on-set assistance
  • Managing general office administration and supplies
  • Supporting client projects, campaign coordination and internal communications

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, women's health or lifestyle industries is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and be willing to learn
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
