The opportunity:

We're currently seeking a Specialist Accounts professional to join our team in Mackay. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the primary contact for service changes and customer queries.
  • Develop and apply pricing models for new and existing contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting across your customer portfolio.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Operations, and People & Culture.
  • Monitor contract compliance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
The boxes you'll tick: 
  • Proven customer service and administrative experience, ideally with blue-chip clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret contracts.
  • Experience in pricing and data analysis in a service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
