SITE QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

KEE Surfacing, our largest division, is known for its superior spray seal, profiling, and asphalt crews, and has built the reputation as the industry's best in WA.

As a result of our continued success and rapid growth, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a Site QA Assistant to join our high-performing Asphalt team. This is your chance to work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry and contribute to a range of impactful road infrastructure projects across the state.

Whether you're passionate about onsite operations, quality assurance, or data reporting, this role will give you hands-on experience across multiple facets of engineering in civil construction. You'll be part of major civil projects and gain exposure to some of the biggest contractors in the business.

The Role:

  • Collation and submission of on-site documentation.
  • Capturing and recording quality assurance activities and associated paperwork.
  • Assisting with daily on-site and month end reporting requirements.
  • Tracking and reporting of plant utilisation.
  • Health, Safety and Environmental reporting.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Project...) or equivalent tertiary qualification (preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
  • A strong 'team player' with the proven positive attitude to work well with others.
  • Availability for ad hoc weekend work and work away (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Knowledge of road construction (preferred).
