Digital Customer Service Representative
to take full ownership of our customer enquiries and be the front line for our vibrant brand.
About Us:
We've recently rebranded, experienced exciting growth, and are about to launch an epic new collection that reflects our rebellious, bold identity. The only way is up—bigger, better, louder and more innovative than ever.
This role is remote and initially a contractor position.
We're looking for someone who can step into this role with confidence, implement advanced processes, and become a vital part of our small, dynamic team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing all customer service enquiries across social media channels and digital communication platforms
- Taking full ownership of Shopify store operations, including customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory updates
- Assisting with inventory management and product collection updates in Shopify
- Analyzing customer trends and providing insights to help shape our growth
- Collaborating closely with our Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Warehouse Manager, and owner
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with Shopify, especially in a fashion e-commerce setting
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- An "agile" working style—able to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively
- Confidence in managing customer relationships and anticipating their needs
- A mature, reliable attitude with impeccable professionalism
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred
