Customer Support Representative – AutumnCare (Part of OneTouch Health Group) Location: Melbourne, VIC

**About the Role** 

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Melbourne-based team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to resolution.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Respond to customer enquiries via Zendesk, email, phone or Teams.

- Troubleshoot user issues and provide accurate system guidance.

- Own each customer query end-to-end, escalating when required.

- Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions.

- Share user feedback to support product enhancements.

- Support implementation and onboarding activities when needed.

- Contribute to team goals, KPIs and continuous improvement.

**What You'll Bring**

Previous customer-facing or support role experience 

Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software 

Excellent written and verbal communication 

Empathetic, supportive and solutions-focused approach 

Strong time management and attention to detail

**Desirable But Not Essential**

- Qualifications in Business, IT, Health or similar 

- Experience in aged care or healthcare environments
