Skilled Resources Group provides a responsive and reliable labour hire and staffing service to employers and candidates working in Western Australia's fast-paced and dynamic Mining, Hospitality, Resources, Construction and Engineering sectors.

We are seeking an Accountant to join our successful team on a full-time basis. We currently utilise MYOB and FastTrack 360. The role will start as a support to the current Payroll Officers while learning the month end process and from there work towards the Accountant role.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager & Managing Director, who will provide ongoing support, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up timesheets with clients to ensure weekly payroll deadlines are met
  • Reviewing payroll entries in FastTrack - Understanding various pay structures
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Account reconciliations
  • BAS/ Child Support/ My Leave/ PAYG/ Super etc.
  • End of month reporting
