The roles:

The Education Faculty seek an Adjunct Lecturerto teach a core unit in Inclusive and Differentiated Learning. We are also seeking an Adjunct Lecturer in Teacher and Learning Wellbeing. The ideal candidate for each role is someone who thrives in a Christian academic environment, combining proven inclusion awareness and teaching experience in school and/or tertiary settings.

They will be confident in designing and delivering content and engaging positively to support students. This person will be committed to the values of respect, service, and excellence, and will bring both professionalism and grace to their interactions.

Key strengths for success in this role include:

· A passion for preservice teacher education within a Christian community.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the fields of counselling, wellbeing and/or teaching.

· The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum Masters level qualification in a relevant field (or currently completing a Masters).

· Preferably substantial experience working in school and/or tertiary settings.

The Teacher and Learning Wellbeing role may also suit someone from a Counselling background that also has a strong understanding of Teacher wellbeing.
